So there I was trying to decide whether or not I ( a mere mortal) could reupholster a chair. I decided that the internets knew everything so I would search and see if I could get information on reupholstering said chair. I did a google search trying to find articles or videos on how hard it was to do, and bam I stumbled across a blog. Now up until this moment I thought that blogs were some mysterious social media thing that computer nerds did to talk about gigabytes or whatever. I had no idea that people just like me were talking about things that I thought about. I have long been obsessed with all things home and design, sometimes it is all that I think about (well that and what is for dinner). The blog that I came across was called "The Creative Maven" I quickly read through all of her posts (she has since quit blogging). I thought that it was the only one of its kind...until I discovered that there are more, so many more. I have spent the last 6 weeks reading all about all things home. Then last Saturday while I was reading the Nester, inspiration came. It hit me like a bolt of lightning, I too would blog. So I made a blogger account and here I am. Now however I have lost the honeymoon inspiration stage and have now arrived at pure panick stage. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS!! All the housey blogs look so pretty how hard could it be...I have no idea what I am doing. Now I am on a mission to learn what I can, and I will figure it out. In the meantime, I will continue to take pictures of the projects that I doing. You know for the future posts that may or may not make it to the internets. Fingers crossed!!
